What is EPS?
Expanded Polystyrene, or EPS for short, is an economical, versatile, lightweight, rigid, plastic foam insulation material produced from solid beads of polystyrene. The end product is made up of fine spherical cells that comprise 98% air.
EPS has a very high strength to weight ratio that, dependant on the density, offers exceptional compressive and flexural strength and dimensional stability characteristics.
EPS can be moulded or shaped to meet almost any requirement.
EPS Panels can be installed to the various substrates;

Concrete

Polystyrene Cladding is an efficient wall cladding system, that is both strong and lightweight. Benefits include, less costly than brickwork, excellent thermal qualities in keeping heat out in summer and in over winter, great sound insulation also. Polystyrene Cladding also allows you great flexibility with your design due to the fact it's lightweight and that it is easier to install and can be finished in many different render styles.
At RightCoat Render we install all BRAC accredited systems including DULUX, INSULCON, UNITEX, NUTEX and MAC to ensure the project is completed to your satisfaction. Our renderers can supply and install your cladding before finishing with the render of your choice.
